A: We offer 2 hour e-bike rentals at just $75 each or full day for $95 all day – much better deal. Bike until you drop!

A: We are open 365 days a year with rental pickup as early as 6 AM and return as late as 10 PM.

We have three rental shop locations – 2 locations on The Tucson Loop renting e-bikes.

* Our central Loop location, is near the 6900 block of North Thornydale Road – just off the highway – is open 7 AM to 7 PM everyday. (Road, hybrid, e-bikes, kids)

*Our Oro Valley/Catalina State Park/Tucson Loop location is located near the 11000 block of North Oracle road, about 1 mile to gorgeous Catalina State Park and Oro Valley Market Place.

* You MUST book online FIRST before showing up. Bike rental confirmation will go to your spam box.

* Keep in mind, you get FREE entry to beautiful Catalina State Park as a cyclist with us. $10 per cyclist savings. Amazing!

A: We have a beautiful system where we send you into our showroom unit where you will pick you favorite style and size of e-bikes. ALL bikes come with quick release seat posts. And we offer step-thru style electric bikes.

The shop manager will be texting you instructions before you pickup and he will gladly advise you as needed.

A: Most e-bikes feature a computer on the handlebar. You simply push the top and bottom buttons down and the electric bike will turn on. You will see the battery meter on the right. After you book, customer service will send you detailed directions for pickup that will include directions on how to operate your rental e-bike.Feel free to click on this video for instructions:

A: Most of our customers can bike all day on a single charge! However,

battery life depends on these factors:

* Weight of the rider

* E-bike assist battery settings – are you riding in eco or pushing the assist to turbo? The higher you set the battery assist, the quicker you burn the battery. IF you conserve your battery, you can bike a long time.

* Cheap vs high-end e-bikes: Amazon/cheap no-name ebikes can leave you stranded! The batteries have short life span and degrade quicker from heavy rental use. We rent top of the line Trek, Specialized, Giant and equivalent electrical bikes. Bike The Loop with confidence.

* Elevation gain while riding. The Tucson Loop is a 1 percent average elevation gain. This helps with battery longevity.

A: Depending on the weight of the rider, terrain, model of e-bike, they can go up to 30 miles per hour.

A: ALL of our rental e-bikes come with ultra strong flat protected tires, filled with sealant. We are the only Tucson e-bike rental company offering both flat protected tires WITH sealant. We add sealant to our e-bikes every week. We do not offer road side support.

A:  There are many great places to eat and drink on The Loop from our rental shop locations.

A: The Loop is has bathroom and restroom stops all over the 137 mile bike path. Between city restrooms, water stops and restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops…many people during the cooler months only bring one water bottle.
