- NO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
- NO REFUNDS once bike leaves facility.
- Bikes can be swapped if there is a problem...TXT US
- Shifting issues WILL OCCUR if bike derailleur, gears bumped/damaged DURING TRANSPORT or improperly re-assembled.
- Scramble lock code when you leave.
Parking For Bike Pickup
- Park at Culvers next door or at The Golden Corral
Park anywhere you want. DO NOT PARK at Thornydale Storage!
- Walk over to Thornydale Storage, open the gate with the 4 digit combo code texted...ending the sequence with a #.
DO NOT GO INTO manager’s office. We are only tenants.

Getting to Section J (as in John) Unit 21
- Walk straight ahead, about 35 yards, take an immediate left (You will see section M, with a blue receptacle)
- After you take a left, go all the way down. You will see section J (as in John) on your right,
- Unit 21 is to your left.
Opening Combo Lock
- Use the combo code we give you, turn the lock to the right
- When you lock up, scramble the code.
- Grab a helmet.
Getting ON The Tucson Loop
Leave the facility through the LEFT gate, using the same code. The Tucson Loop is just behind the manager’s office. DO NOT WALK INSIDE OF MANAGER’s OFFICE FOR ANY REASON. We are only tenants and they do not know anything about The Loop or biking. Do not hesitate to text us for any assistance.

Tucson Loop Biking Strategy
- BEST/MOST SCENIC: Take a right on The Loop going EAST. You can take The Loop all the way to Catalina State Park. (Incredible). You can take The Loop all the way to Vistoso Boulevard for an incredible scenic ride. We recommend biking Vistoso Boulevard. This road is laden with Saguaros, with bike lanes and is very safe. Entering into Catalina State Park is free for cyclists. This is a 25 minute or so e-bike ride away.
- GOING TO MARANA - Take a left, going WEST and bike the CDO trail through beautiful Marana past the lake on this new Loop extension.
- GOING CENTRAL - go West, heading SOUTH towards Downtown, take the Santa Cruz extension towards the Rillito section out towards Pantano Washway. We like Oro Valley and Marana the most!
Marana Loop extension offers beauty and little traffic!
